IRMA THE HURRICANE

Hurricane Irma is the strongest hurricane ever recorded.
It is an Atlantic base hurricane outside the Gulf Of
Mexico and the Carribean Sea.
It started on August 31 and lasted until September 11.
It was so devastating that
almost 10 states were affected terribly. The streets turned into big rivers,
the trees flew around with their roots
and the urban electricity wires lost control in the sky.
The hurricane hit Florida on September 10 and destructed the city terribly.
Thousands of people had to
evacuate their homes before it made landfalls.
The storm was massive and it was destroying everything on its
way.
People hid in the strongest part of their buildings.
5.6 million people made it to other cities as they were
terrified and desperate. On Monday,
Irma was downgraded to a tropical storm. It left a trail of deadly devastation throghout the
Southeast.
Most of the major cities were flooded including Jacksonville, Florida, South Carolina and Charleston.
Millions of people had to survive without power for days.
Hospitals had a hard time taking care of the patients
and many business places were severely damaged.
People lost their houses, their stores, their cars and sadly
their lives. According to the experts,
Irma covered 300.000 square miles and kept its strength as 185 mph for 37
hours.
That is a record in all American history.
