When you drink coffee, you feel more energetic and alert. However, it is easy to get addicted to coffee and want to drink more and more. If you want to quit coffee, you will have headaches and feel tired. Drinking one cup of coffee a day has benefits but more can be harmful. Coffee protects you from diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and Diabetes. Sometimes, it can have negative effects like anxiety and not being able to sleep. Some studies show that coffee decreases the risk of depression and increases the chance of living longer. To get the maximum benefits from coffee, you should drink one cup a day before 2 p.m. and never add sugar.
