Jennifer’s Life

Jennifer enjoyed living in a big city. She said, “I will stay here for years. My life is perfect here." One day, it was a very busy day for her at work. She went home late, and she wanted to rest. She went to bed, but she couldn’t sleep. She heard some strange sounds. She was scared. She called her friend Alice, and she stayed with Jennifer that night. In the morning, Jennifer opened the door to go to the supermarket, and she saw a cat by the door. She thought, “The sound was just a hungry cat looking for some food.”
