Jupiter - The Great Red Spot
Jupiter is the largest planet and rotates faster than any other planet in the Solar System. A day on Jupiter is nine hours and 55 minutes. Jupiter is so big that you could fit all the other planets in the Solar System in it. It’s called a gas giant because it’s made of gases. There is a very big red spot on it. The Great Red Spot is, in fact, a terrible storm. Jupiter has beautiful rings, and it changes colours because of the gases in its atmosphere. Jupiter is very important for the Earth because it protects the Earth from the rocks flying in the space. The rocks usually hit Jupiter before they reach our Earth.
