KITE
It was a windy autumn morning. Red and brown leaves were flying in the air. Joe and his mother were at home. Joe said, “I have a great idea! Let’s make a kite and go outside to play with it!” His mother loved this idea.
Joe got some string from the attic. His mother got some paper and tape from the study. They couldn’t find wooden sticks at home. There was a park with a beautiful lake next to their house. Joe went to the park to look for some sticks. He walked around the trees and found some bamboo sticks around the lake. He ran home. He put six wooden sticks together and his mother tied the string into across. They cut the paper to the same shape and size of the frame. Then they stuck the paper on sticks with some tape. They made a long tail for their kite and attached it to the kite.
They walked to the park next to their house and flew the kite. Joe ran around and played with his kite. Joe said, “It’s flying like an eagle!”
