Larry Plays Basketball

My name is Larry. Yesterday I played a new game. It is called basketball. Basketball is very different from football. Playing with your feet isn’t allowed. But carrying the ball in your hands isn’t allowed either! Bouncing the ball is the right way to play. Playing basketball is fun because you score a lot of points easily. Every time you throw the ball through the hoop, you get two points. Sometimes you can get three points, but I'm not that good. My team won the game yesterday. The final score was 46 to 42. The score is high because there is no goalie in basketball. The hoop in basketball is much smaller than the goal in football. The hoop is almost the same size as the ball. It's still difficult to score, but it's easier than football.
