Left out in the cold

Hi, my name is Max. When I woke up this morning I found my puppy, Charlie, waiting for me. He wanted me to play with him and to take him for a little walk. I was really hungry, so first I had my breakfast. I had some cereal and then I drank a glass of orange juice. Then I washed my face, brushed my teeth and got dressed. I took my umbrella because I heard on the radio that it might rain. It was cold and grey outside. We went to the park, and Charlie started to play in the grass. I had to throw his ball to him over and over! He was so excited. Then I sat on a bench for a while and he ran around. I didn’t have my gloves on, so when my hands were frozen I decided it was time to go back home. Charlie didn’t want to leave the park, but I managed to take him back. When we arrived home I realised I didn’t have my keys with me. We stayed out in the cold for more than an hour until my mum came back from the shop. In the end, Charlie got the long walk he wanted!
