Let's go out and play
It’s a nice, sunny day. Tim and Topsy are in their room. Tim is bored.
Tim: I’m bored. Let’s go outside and play.
Topsy: Ok, but I’m hungry. Let’s go to the kitchen and eat a sandwich.
(The children eat their sandwiches).
Tim: I feel thirsty. Are you thirsty? Let’s drink some apple juice.
Topsy: Yes, great idea.
(The children drink their apple juice. Then they go out. They play, they run, and they walk).
Tim: I’m so tired. Let’s sit down and rest.
Topsy: Ok, let’s watch TV.
(The children watch a movie. It’s scary).
Topsy: Oh,no! I’m scared Tim. Turn it off please.
Tim: I’m not scared. I’m excited. It’s a good movie.
Parents: No more TV! Time to do homework. (The children go back to their room. Now, they are bored again.)
