Let' s Have Lunch !

Tom: Uncle Jack! I feel so hungry. What’s for lunch?

Uncle: Oh! I haven’t prepared anything yet. How about making lunch together?

Tom: Good idea!

Uncle: OK. Let’s wash our hands first.

Tom: Come on, Bruce. You can help us, right?

Bruce: Sure!

Uncle: OK, boys! We’ve got some vegetables, yoghurt and chicken.

Tom: We can make vegetable salad and fried chicken with yogurt.

Bruce: I don’t like yoghurt. I never eat it.

Uncle: Oh! We’ve got some carrots and potatoes. We can cook them. Do you like them, Bruce?

Bruce: Yes, I do. Tom loves them, too. He often eats carrots in the mornings.

Tom: Yummy! I love carrots and potatoes. We usually have potatoes for lunch at school.

Uncle: Great! Let’s get started.

10 minutes later…

Tom: Uncle, the meal will be ready in 5 minutes. Can we eat it in the garden?

Uncle: Hmm. How often do you eat your meal in the garden?

Tom: We sometimes do it when the weather is nice.

Bruce: The weather is sunny today. Let’s eat outside.

Uncle: OK, boys. Go and set the table! The lunch will be ready in a few minutes.
