LET’S LEARN ABOUT VENUS
Venus is the second planet from the Sun. Venus is not just the name of a planet. It is also the name of the goddess of love and beauty. After the Sun and the Moon, it is the brightest object in the sky. It is also called the “Morning Star” because it appears in the east at sunrise. It is called the “Evening Star” because it appears in the west at sunset. It is also named as the Earth's Sister since they are close in space and similar in size.
Venus has no Moons and it has the most number of volcanoes compared to the other planets. It is the hottest planet in the Solar System. Most people think that Mercury is the hottest planet because it is closer to the Sun but the hottest one is Venus.
