LET’S MOVE

Finding some time to exercise is not very easy for adults. Doing less exercise is becoming a big problem for them. Life is getting busier, and their responsibilities are getting harder. Here are some study results about the benefits of exercising.

1. Good for your heart, muscle and bone health. According to the WHO, the World Health Organisation, regular exercise strengths muscles and reduces the risk of a heart attack. When you start to move, your heart pumps more blood to the muscles. After that, the blood circulates easily in your body. At the end of this process, you will have stronger muscles and bones.

2. Protects you from illnesses. The study also shows that, when you exercise regularly, your body starts to get rid of viruses or bacteria easily. First, your body heat goes up, which signals to your tissues that it is moving. Then you start sweating. With the help of the heat and sweat, your body kicks out the bacteria or viruses. In the end, your immune system gets a boost. This protects you from the common cold and several other illnesses, which weaken your immune system.

3. You can think fast. The WHO also states that an hour of vigorous exercising helps you inhale more oxygen, which boosts your brain power. Therefore, you can think fast and work carefully when you are very active. Thinking fast will also help you to have less stress; plus, you will feel really relaxed at work. The chemicals in your body during the exercise make you feel happy and strong.

4. Exercise for beauty. No matter what you wear, having a good look makes you feel great. When we look good, we feel more energetic. Increased blood circulation gives extra oxygen and nutrients to your skin and your hair. This makes you feel perfect.
