Hi, I’m Linda, and I learnt a lot of cooking recipes from my friend John. Today I want to show you how to cook my favourite cake.
First, break five eggs into a bowl. Then, mix them together with a spoon. Then, you need to add some flour to it. Mix the flour with the eggs and add some sugar and milk. Then, mix them again. I’m using a spoon, but you can use a mixer to do it faster. When you mix everything completely, add some raisins and a few nuts. Then, add a little oil and mix again. Now, pour some oil in small metal bowls and pour the mix in them. Then, put the bowls in a hot oven. After that, close the oven door and wait for 20 minutes. Your raisin cakes are ready.
