Shopping malls where you can find a large number of shops which sell various products have become popular lately. Despite their popularity, there are advantages and disadvantages of shopping malls.

ADVANTAGES

As the population increases, the number of cars also increases in cities. This leads to a parking problem for shoppers when shops are far away from each other. However, shopping centers offer a free parking lot which is really practical, especially for families with children.

One can spend the whole day at a mall. Apart from shopping, shopping malls offer various activities such as cinema, bowling etc. Restaurants and cafes are usually available for people to gather and dine. There are also places for kids to enjoy their time while their parents do the shopping.

DISADVANTAGES

Shopping malls are sometimes filled with a lot of people, especially at the weekends or during the holidays. People have difficulty while shopping as the queues are long. Sometimes it takes too much time to find an available table for dinner or a parking space.

It is very common for people to buy things they don’t need when they go to shopping malls. People end up buying uncessary products simply because of temptation.
