Marie Stokowski Curie was born in Warsaw in 1867. 1) ............................. . She worked on radioactivity and won a Nobel Prize twice. She became a professor at the University of Paris. Her mother, Bronislawa Stokowski was the manager of a school and her father, Wladislaw Stokowski was a math and physics teacher at Warsaw High School. She had three sisters. Marie went to Paris and studied physics and math there. Then she came back to Warsaw and continued her practical scientific training. When she was 24, 3) ............................. .
