Mark’s Life

My name is Mark. I am 11 years old. I am a student at a secondary school. I live in Swanage with my family. Swanage is a small seaside town in the Southeast of England. I come from a large family. There are seven people in my family.

My parents work five days a week on weekdays and they go to work early in the mornings and come back home at five o’clock in the evening. My father is a civil engineer and my mother is a chemist. She has her own pharmacy in the town centre. I have got two brothers and two sisters. My brothers and one of my sisters are older than me. My brothers’ names are Tom and Ted. My sisters’ names are Julia and Susan. Susan and I are twins, so we are the same age. My sister, Julia, is 20 years old. She is a student at a university. My brother, Tom, is 17 years old and Ted is 15 years old. Tom is getting ready for his A Level exams to go to a university and Ted is attending Grammar School.

I love my family very much and I feel very happy with them. I really like being a member of my family because my parents, my brothers and sisters always help me with anything when I need their support. They never do anything annoying. I think life is wonderful with my family.
