MARS and JUPITER

Mary loves learning about the planets in our solar system. Her favorite planet is Mars because it is red. Mary wants to go to Mars because she loves jumping. Gravity is very low on Mars, so Mary can jump very high! Mary also loves the moon, and Mars has two moons! Mars is colder than Earth because it is a longer distance from the sun. Mary will bring an extra sweater when she goes to Mars. Mary also likes to learn about Jupiter. Jupiter is mostly made of gas, so Mary can’t jump there. The days are only 10 hours long on Jupiter! Earth days are 24 hours long. Mary likes 24-hour days because she has time to go to school, eat three meals, spend time with her family and sleep all night.
