Meet My Friends

Hi, my name’s Julia. I’ve got lots of friends, but some of my friends are special. They can do interesting things.

This is Matthew. He’s 10 years old, but he can do lots of things. He can ride a horse and he can play the violin. He’s very smart. He can speak three other languages – Spanish, Italian and French.

This is Martha. She’s 12 years old. She can cook lots of foods, but she can’t cook my favourite food – spaghetti. Oh, and she can sing songs. She’s got a beautiful voice. Her house is behind my house, so I can hear her sing sometimes.

Tina is a very good friend. She’s 11 years old. She can do gymnastics. She’s very good at it. She can put her legs behind her head. She can’t play football very well. She doesn’t like ball games.
