Meeting Again

Maria: Hi Brian. How are you?

Brian: Oh, hi Maria. I’m fine. Thanks. Are you happy the summers is over?

Maria: Well, yes and no! I like school, but I don’t like going to school and coming back home every day!

Brian: Right. I think the fun part of school is the classmates and teachers.
I like seeing, talking and playing with friends here. Chatting online isn’t fun.

Maria: I agree. I want to invite everybody to my house at weekends this year, like last year.

Brian: Oh, that’s cool! Last year I loved the idea. I like sitting and watching DVDs with friends.
I can bring new DVDs this year too.

Maria: That’s great. I like the talking part of our gatherings.
We often don’t have enough time to have real conversations at school.

Brian: You’re right. Do you want to invite some teachers too?

Maria: I think we should! We can invite Mr Campbell and Miss Donna.

Brian: Yes, they’re really fun. I’m sure they’ll enjoy it. So, what are you going to do now?

Maria: I’m going to send text messages to everybody.
