MILA & WINTER

Mila is a 3rd grade student in Boston. She lives in a big house with her family. Mila’s favourite season is winter. She likes snow, cold weather and the winter holidays. There is another reason why Mila likes winter. She likes thick jackets, woolly jumpers, soft scarves and big leather boots.

Today is a cold winter day. It is windy and there are dark clouds in the sky. Mila is going to the cinema with her friends. Cold weather isn’t a problem for her. Mila is wearing a dark green coat and brown leggings. They keep Mila warm. She has got a light brown beanie on her head. She needs it because she doesn’t want to be ill. She is wearing red gloves too so that her hands are not cold. Mila drinks coffee with milk when she walks outside in the cold. Her mum says that hot drinks keep you healthy in the cold. Mila is having a happy and relaxing day in the city centre.
