MOBILE PHONE HACKING

Sam had a private talk on the phone with her cousin about an important issue and ended the call. She asked her to find out some information about an issue that she didn’t want anyone to hear about. However, a few days later, she noticed that some of her friends were talking about the private matter that she had told her cousin about. 

At first, she thought that her cousin had told her friends and she was furious. She talked to her cousin and accused her of betraying her and revealing her secrets. Then similar things started to happen again. She kept hearing about the things that she talked about on the phone with her friends. A while later she realized that her mobile phone calls and text messages had been hacked and leaked out to people she knew. 

Someone among her friends had accessed her calls and texts and sent it to her friends. She was just one of the victims of hacking.

This may happen to any of us any time. Hacking is a serious problem. Hackers can listen to your calls, read your emails and text messages, access your photos, and pass your information onto others. 

Hacking can happen anywhere you go. If you are abroad and your phone is able to function, then don’t forget that hackers are functioning as well. 

The reason why hacking is so common is hacking instructions can easily be found on the Internet. You can find the necessary information and download it. This year more than a billion mobile phones were hacked because of insecure passwords or no passwords at all. If you don’t want your phone to be hacked, there are security software programmes that can be installed on your phone.
