I’ve got a mobile phone. I’m phoning my mum now. I’m going home but it’s late and she’s probably worried. I don’t use my mobile much, but I think they are useful. I don’t argue with my parents when I’m late these days because I always phone them. These days we argue about other things!

I think they are great. I use my mobile phone all the time. I chat with my friends a lot and we send text messages. I’m sending a text message to my friend now. My mate David can surf the Internet and send e-mails with his phone. At the moment he’s looking for the football results.

I think it’s terrible when you’re talking to a friend and suddenly their phone rings. It interrupts your conversation. And sometimes you’re watching a film at the cinema and you hear a mobile phone. Why do people need them? People can’t have mobile phones in class at my school. I think it’s a good idea.
