Would you like to buy tickets to the moon? Tourists may very soon not be limited to touring their own planet.
The British space company Excalibur Almaz could be sending tourists to the Moon in as early as three years!

These space trips could last up to six months and will cost about 150 million dollars.

The Moon is about 385,000 kilometres (239 miles) away from the Earth,
and while we do not know how long it will take tourists to get to the Moon on an Excalibur Almaz trip,
it could take as long as 5 days or as short as 8-and-a-half hours!

The company wants to become the world leader in space travel,
and hopes to beat out the Virgin Galactic space tourism service that 500 people,
including actor Ashton Kutcher, have already signed up for.
