MY ADVENTURE

My world tour is going great! We went to Zanzibar last month. First, we flew to Kilimanjaro and stayed there for two days. Then we were transferred to Zanzibar by the tour company. The sea was gorgeous, so we went swimming after we checked in at the hotel.

I was very excited for the African Safari. I prepared my bag and my clothes in the evening. We set off very early in the morning. We saw the golden grass and misty mountains while we were driving. The scenery was fantastic. We saw a herd of zebras while they were drinking water on the side of the road. I asked the driver to stop for a while. The zebras were beautiful! I wanted to take pictures of them. Then I noticed a lion running after a bison. It was just like a TV documentary!

During the journey we saw many wild animals. We saw giraffes, cheetahs, hippos, and many more. On our way back to the hotel we came across a herd of elephants. They were close enough to touch, but I didn’t because it was against the rules. Everyone enjoyed the tour very much. There were many activities like trekking, but we did not have much time. Still, we had a great time on our African adventure.
