My Art
Harry: Hey John, how’s it going?
John: Not good. I’m really sad.
Harry: Why? What’s the problem?
John: Nobody wants to buy my artwork.
Harry: Let me see it. Where is it?
John: It’s there. It’s the one in the corner.
Harry: Hmm. It’s beautiful. I love watercolour paintings.
John: Do you fancy buying it?
Harry: Well, I’m not sure. I have to ask my parents first. I can’t buy a painting without permission. I can ask my sister Tammy too. She sometimes buys paintings. How much do you want to sell it for?
John: I don’t know. Maybe £100? What do you suggest?
Harry: I suggest £50 for this. But Tammy can tell us. Let me call her.
