MY DAD' S STORE

Hi! My name is Joe. I am from Alaska in the USA. Right now I am working in my Dad’s store. My Dad’s store is very interesting because it sells many different things. It’s the only store in the town.

Today, many people came to the store. First, Mrs Poodle came in. She’s a vegetarian, so she doesn’t eat meat. She only bought fruit and vegetables. She bought six carrots, one head of lettuce, ten tomatoes and some grapes. After her, Mrs Fox came in. She bought a big bag of cat food and some milk. She has five cats and they eat a lot! Mr Lizard came in just after Mrs Fox. He has three grandchildren, so he bought three bars of chocolate for them.

In the afternoon Mr Bear came in. He said it’s getting cold again these days, so he bought four pairs of warm socks. He also bought a fishing rod.

After school finished, some children came in. They bought some bottles of fruit juice and some cans of cola. One of them bought a new football. Now, they are playing outside with the ball.
