My Dream House

Tina : Now, let me think about my dream house… I would like it to be an attractive villa, in an isolated place far from the city – maybe near the beach. I want the house to have stylish, expensive furniture. It should have a garden with wooden benches, where I can have a rest and enjoy the peace and quiet. There should also be a lot of different fruit trees and beautiful flowers. It would be great to have a swimming pool, too. I think that would be the best house for me. A true paradise!

Sam: I want to live in a traditional cottage on a lake. I really like nature and fresh air! I'd like to have a small fishing boat. I would live there with my grandfather so we can go sailing together every day. I wouldn't need things like gas and electricity. I could come there on holidays or at the weekends to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city. It would be great to live near the forest, where I could pick mushrooms and berries. Next to the house, I’d like us to have our own farm with cows, sheep and chickens.

Sally: I can’t think of a better place than the moon for a dream house! It should be a super futuristic house full of advanced technology. It would be a ‘smart home’ full of very practical features. The interior would be plain and simple. I could carry out experiments in my own laboratory. There would be a greenhouse, too, to grow fruits and vegetables. Also, I'd like to have a big garage for my lunar rover. Plus, I would love a gym where I could work out and do sports. Living in space would be hard, of course, but also very exciting!
