MY NEW LIFE AND MY OLD LIFE

 My name is Adam. I am British but because of my father's job we came to Turkey two years ago. To tell the truth, I miss my days when I was in London because everybody spoke English there. Here only some people can communicate in English with me but it is not enough. I should learn Turkish quickly.

In London, I always walked to school and it was a good way of getting ready for the day and waking up. In Turkey, the service bus takes me from home and I feel sleepy all day long. In London, my lessons started at 9 o'clock and I lived very close to school so it was easy for me to go to school but here it takes me an hour to go to my school so I wake up very early. In London, we had a lot of school trips we had so much fun and learned a lot outside school but here there are not a lot of school trips so we are in class most of the time. There is only one thing that I don't miss about London: the weather. There I always carried my umbrella with me because it was mostly rainy. I don't carry an umbrella here because I don't walk to school.
