My School - Sarah Hanson

Hi, guys! I go to Blackpool Community School. I’m 8 - the second year of secondary school. I like my new school a lot. I’ve got a lot of new friends , too. There are about 500 boys and girls in my school, so it’s not a big school. The teachers are really nice and I like the fun experiments in Science! The school has got a big sports centre and a great computer room. I usually go to the computer room at lunch time and play computer games with my best friend. I always have lunch at school. I like the food - I usually have a hot lunch and a piece of fruit. I never eat chicken. I don’t like it, so on Friday I have the vegetarian option. I always walk to school with my best friend because we live very close to the school. School ends at 15:30 but I don’t always come home at that time. I usually go to Homework Club after school and do my homework. I can ask the teacher for help. On Wednesdays , I go to the Drama Club. It’s fun. I love acting. My new school is very different from my old school but I like it here.
