My Weekend with Friends

I love going to bookshops. They always make me feel relaxed and I like spending time there. I think there are lots of things you can do at a bookshop.

Last week, I met my friends at the mall. They love shopping but I don’t like it a lot. When they were busy looking for new clothes, I told them that I wanted to go to the bookshop. I went there and the atmosphere made me feel perfect. The music was very nice. I looked at the shelves of best sellers and science fiction books. I always check the best-seller part because I am a university student and I think being a good student is not enough in this world. You need to improve yourself intellectually too. Other than that, I love reading science fiction books because I am interested in science. I love reading about stories that include science. I study science at the university too. While I was looking around the bookshop, my friends called me. Sam said “You went there two hours ago and you are still there. We are waiting for you to eat something”. I was shocked. I spent two hours at the bookshop and I didn’t realize it.

After I had spent two hours at the bookshop, I went to the food hall to meet my friends. We ate at a fast food restaurant. While we were having lunch, we decided to go to the cinema. We discussed what type of a film to watch and my friends knew me very well. They said “Of course, Michael wants to watch a science fiction movie” and they were right. They loved science fiction movies too, so we watched a science fiction movie. It was about a scientist who tried a new experiment on animals. But these experiments were harmful for the animals so he was in trouble. The movie was so interesting and engaging. I recommend this movie to the people who love science.
