NATURAL RESOURCES

Earth has many natural resources. People can find these resources in nature and use them to live and make life easier. Natural resources are not spread around evenly on Earth. It’s known that the countries with the biggest amount of natural resources are the richest because they can make money from their resources.

Some resources are renewable, so they cannot be used up. Air, water and sunlight are the most known renewable resources. We need sun, water, plants and wind to survive. That’s why we must protect them from pollution. Nonrenewable resources cannot be replaced after they are used up. Oil, coal, natural gasses are some examples of nonrenewable resources. We could run out of these fuels. It’s well known that there isn’t an endless supply.

It’s important to protect the Earth’s natural resources. However, not everyone is aware of this fact. People pollute air and water. People chop down the forests to make farmland. We use oil for cars and trucks and cause more pollution.

In conclusion, people should be careful about using the renewable and nonrenewable energy. Scientists need to work hard and find new ways to make power and goods. We need to use more renewable energy and not worry about using them up.
