Hi, I’m Jake. I live in New York. I love my beautiful city, but in Christmas, it’s even more beautiful. People decorate the streets with Christmas lights and big trees. At home, we decorate our own tree and put our presents under it. We also put a fairy or a star at the top. People usually send cards and sing songs. Kids go to bed and wait for Santa Claus to bring them presents during the night. Some people leave cookies and milk for him, too. People eat turkey and cake for dinner. My favourite part of Christmas is opening the presents.
