NICK`S HOLIDAY IN DISNEYLAND

Last year I studied very hard and did perfectly at school and one day my parents told me, `Nick, you deserve a present.’ I was delighted when I learned my present was a Disneyland tour in America. We went there with my parents and my sister, Jane, in July.

Disneyland is a huge theme park and it offers various entertainment attractions. There are 4 theme parks and 2 water parks. We arrived at the theme park and I was surprised to see so many people. It was really hot, too.

My family and I went around the park and ate snacks. I went on rides with my sister. She didn’t enjoy some of the rides because she is a little afraid of heights. I like almost all types of rides! I loved going fast and spinning around. My favourite was the water parks because I got very excited when I went downhill and got splashed. Also, we could see Star Wars characters like Darth Vader and Chewbacca and we took photos with them. Even my parents were happy like kids. We stayed there for a week and it was an amazing holiday for our family and it was the best present of my life. I certainly would like to go there again next year.
