NO SLEEP!

NO SLEEP!

Jim went to bed at ten o’clock yesterday. He normally goes to bed at eleven but he felt tired last night. He turned the light off. The moon was bright and it was quiet. Jim closed his eyes but he couldn’t sleep. He waited and waited to fall into sleep. Finally, he turned the light back on. He checked the time. It was one o’clock. Jim went to the kitchen and made warm milk. He added some cocoa, too. He drank it and went back to his room. He turned on classical music and opened his book. It was a good book. He read one page and then another. Then, he felt sleepy. He closed his book. He turned the light off and closed his eyes. He dreamed about his summer holiday.
