There are many different ways to travel around in a city. Renting a car is one of them. Another one is renting a bike. Now, a website helps travelers rent bikes. Where? In the United States and Canada.
The site is RentaBikeNow.com. It works with 200 bicycle stores in 168 cities. Users choose the city they want to travel to. Then they pick a store in that city. They look at different stores’ rental bikes. There are many different types of bikes like cruisers or mountain bikes. Some users even want tandems.
To rent a bicycle from the website, users pay a fee. It is not expensive. It only costs $5-8. Then users pay the deposit, take their bike and use it. Users also use the maps on the website. The map shows different routes. The website shows the photo of the bike the user rents. All the online stores also sell or rent helmets. It usually costs $40 a day to rent a bike. The rental fee is usually between $15 to $100 a day.
Bike rental isn’t always more economical than renting a car but renting a bike is healthier, better for the environment and fun. The owner of the website, George
