PAM'S HEALTHY DIET
Pam is a dietician and she is always very careful about what she eats. She thinks that she should be a good example for her patients. She always says starting the day with a good breakfast is very important. She doesn't think that cereal is a good breakfast option or she doesn't start the day with coffee. For breakfast, she always eats an egg. This is the most important part of her diet because she says that our body needs protein when we start a day and egg are one of the best sources of protein. She also eats some olives and cheese for breakfast but she doesn't eat any bread because she likes eating bread with her vegetable meals and she doesn't want to eat too much bread because bread includes carbohydrates. She always has a snack between breakfast and lunch. It can be a fruit or some yoghurt. Her other rule is she never eats anything after 8 p.m.
