Penguins

Penguins are birds with white and black feathers. They have got wings, but they cannot fly. They spend most of their time underwater. They like swimming. A group of penguins is called a colony. Most penguins live in cold places such as Antarctica. There is always snow in Antarctica. Penguins like cold weather and snow. They live near salty water, like the sea and they drink salty water. Penguins find their food in the water, too. They like eating fish.

Camels

Camels have got fur on their bodies. They have got one or two humps on their back. Camels live in the desert because they like sunny and hot weather. Deserts are very dry places, and there is a lot of sand there. Camels have got large feet and long legs. They can walk on sand easily. They walk slowly, but run very fast. They have got long eyelashes. These long eyelashes stop the sand from getting in their eyes. Camels don’t like eating meat. They like eating plants and leaves.
