Picnic Time

We are going on a picnic To the forest today The sun is shining warm and bright On this day in May. We gladly go to the forest With a blanket, basket and all The forest is very quiet The trees stand very tall.

Dad makes the yummy iced tea Mum takes care of all the food They are all on the big brown blanket We are all so good. Mum surprises us with chocolate cake Dad and I play baseball It is a wonderful day A picnic in the beautiful forest.
