RULES FOR GOOD HEALTH
When we feel well, we say that we are in good health. Good health makes us feel good and helps us work and enjoy life. We do not usually think about our body when it is working well, but we worry about our body when we do not feel well. A healthy body generally protects itself against many illnesses, but it must receive proper care. Here are a series of rules we should follow if we want to be in good health.
RULES FOR GOOD HEALTH
• Eat good food. Food gives your body energy. But be careful not to eat too much or to eat badly. Cakes, sweets and soft drinks are not good for your body. Eat a lot of fruit and salad.
• You can do physical exercise regularly and especially in fresh air. You can run, play tennis or do something else.
• Relax regularly. A relaxed person can work and play better.
• Try to get enough sleep. If you do not sleep, you’ll feel tired and nervous.
• Take care of your teeth. Good teeth help good health. Brush your teeth after each meal.
• Dress comfortably and keep clean. A clean body protects us from many diseases.
