Saving Lives

My name’s Albert, and I’m a lifeguard. I’ve been a lifeguard for six years, and I’ve worked here for four years. I really love my job. Sometimes people can get into trouble in the sea. I’ve saved some lives, and that’s really amazing. It’s nice to know that my job is important and that I keep people safe while they’re relaxing and having fun at the beach. I also like to know that my advice is useful and helps to keep people free from being injured or sunburnt. I work from 9 to 5 Monday to Saturday, and I rest on Sundays. Twice a month, I work from 9 until noon on Sundays, though. My friends think I should quit and have the opportunity to rest and go out during the weekend, but I’ve never thought of doing anything else.
