SCHOOL ACTIVITY
Bob: Hello Jane. Where were you yesterday?
Jane: I was at home because I was sick.
Bob: I am sorry to hear that. I was worried about you. How are you today?
Jane: I’m OK, but I still feel a bit dizzy.
Bob: I hope you get well soon.
Jane: So, how was school yesterday?
Bob: It was a great day. We were in the garden all day. You know that we want to make the garden more beautiful.
Jane: Yes, I know. Our teacher was very excited about that activity. Was she there too?
Bob: Yes, she was. She was there with all the students, and she had dozens of trees to plant. She was upset to hear that you weren’t at school.
Jane: I guess so. We planned that activity together last week. Anyway, how was the conference after school?
Bob: Do you mean the conference about water pollution? the activity at the end of the conference.
Jane: What was the activity?
Bob: There was a video about water pollution. After we watched the video, we got to make our own video as a group. There were five of us in our group. We focused on companies that pollute rivers and seas with toxic chemicals and the waste they produce.
Jane: I am sad that I was sick at home.
Bob: Next time, Jane. I’m sure we will do that again soon.
