SCRAPBOOK
A scrapbook is a blank book in which you collect and preserve various items (as newspaper clippings or pictures) you basically don’t want to lose. Think of your scrapbook as your own novel. You can customize your scrapbook’s pages the way you want and add decorative touches.
Your scrapbook may include anything you would like to remember in the future. For instance, you can have a scrapbook to document your life with your new companion such as a newly adopted pet.
Anything you collect is potential material for a scrapbook. If you like travelling, business cards taken from memorable stores, restaurants and hotels in a particular city can be placed in your scrapbook along with the postcards or little souvenirs. After a trip, you can make a series of collages consisting of pictures you’ve taken and objects you’ve collected along the way - anything from a restaurant napkin to a packet of sugar. It will be lovely to remember the good times you spent there.
How about a school days scrapbook? You can add photos taken with your classmates and teachers or photos of awards and artwork. Or you can devote your scrapbook to your best friend or family or even to your favourite teacher.
Some of the most creative scrapbooks spring from a passion or hobby. Once a theme is loosely established, you can incorporate any elements that evoke your particular interest.
