Shelly's Movie Review

I was bored so I watched a movie last night. The movie was wonderful. The name of the movie is Monsters, Inc. The main characters in the movie are Sulley, Mike, Boo and Randall. The setting is in a city named Monstropolis. Only monsters live in this city. There are no people like us.

Sulley is a big, blue and scary monster. He has an assistant. His assistant has got only one eye and he is green. His name is Mike Wazowski. Sulley and Mike have a job. They need to get electricity for their city. In Monstropolis, there are doors to our world. When human kids are scared, they shout and that makes electricity for Monstropolis. Sulley and Mike go through these doors and scare the kids to make electricity. But, there is a rule. Humans cannot come to the monsters’ world.

There is a bad monster. His name is Randall. He can change colour and he can become invisible. Invisible means you cannot see him. Randall leaves a door open and a 2-year-old girl comes into the monster’s world. Sulley and Mike find the girl and name her ‘Boo’. They are scared because she can’t stay in Monstropolis. She must go back. Randall goes after them and makes problems. Sulley and Mike want to send Boo back to her door before somebody finds them. At the end of the movie, they find the door and send her back to her house. Sulley loves Boo and feels very sad because Boo goes back.

I love the movie so much because it is about monsters. My favorite movies are about monsters. The movie is funny. I laughed a lot.
