Shopping in London

Shopping in London

I love London. My cousins live there, and I visit them twice a year. My favourite thing is shopping in London. There are many places that you can go and buy different things. I also enjoy window-shopping. It is free and so much fun. Especially when I am out with my cousins if we don’t have enough money, we just spend hours walking around the shops and looking at them.

One of the most famous places is Oxford Street. It is usually very busy all through the year. There are over 500 brand name stores and the street is a top destination for tourists because of the wide varieties.

Covent Garden is also a relaxing place to go shopping. There are many nice cafes and restaurants that you can eat your lunch or drink your coffee.

Some people don’t like walking for hours and they prefer shopping in department stores. My aunt and uncle hate walking so whenever they need something, they don’t spend hours like us. Harrords and Selfridges are very famous stores, but they are very expensive as well.

I also like Camden Town. It is a street full of cozy shops. I sometimes buy second hand clothes from there. They are in a good condition and cheap. Because the shops are open seven days. Camden Town is always very crowded and alive. I love London and I love shopping.
