Shopping Rationally

Shopping Rationally

There are some points that a consumer should keep in mind while shopping. For example, if you need a pair of trousers or a new dress, try to buy them from a well-known brand’s shop. You pay more money but quality clothes last longer. 1. .………………...... Clothes that are made from poor material wear out very fast and you spend more money to replace them with new ones. It’s also time consuming.

Before you go shopping, keep the ‘Comfort Principle’ in mind.

2. .………………...... If you spend a lot of time at home, it’s OK to buy an expensive sofa for your living room. Let’s say that you have a nine-to-five job and after work you go to the gym and spend three hours there. Since you need work clothes that are comfortable and look good in the office, it would be wiser to spend your money on work clothes than sneakers or track suits.

You should avoid impulse buys. Don’t you remember buying something just because it was cheap? 3. .………………...... Companies put appealing prices on the tags to attract customers. When we see the price, psychologically we think that we shouldn’t miss it.
