Thomas: Hi. I would like to get some information about your skiing tickets in summer.

Sera: Sure.

Thomas: A friend of mine is inviting me to your amazing ski resort, so I have enough information about it. But I don’t have experience in skiing. Do you have lessons for beginners?

Sera: Yes, we do. We have some of the best trainers here. They can help you, for sure.

Thomas: Do I need to bring any kind of equipment for skiing?

Sera: No. Just a bottle of water, warm clothes, some snacks and your ticket.
