Ladybirds

Ladybirds are small insects with 6 legs. Some Ladybirds have got spots on their bodies. They live in forests and cities. One ladybird can eat 5,000 insects in its lifetime! People like ladybirds because they are pretty.

Ants

Ants are hardworking insects, too. They can carry big and heavy things. They are very strong! They have got six legs. They live in colonies. Ant colonies have got rooms and tunnels.

Honeybees

Some insects work very hard. Honeybees work hard to make honey. They are yellow and black. They have got six legs and two antennae. They live in a hive in colonies. Some bees are poisonous and they can kill people.
