STACEY'S DAY

STACEY'S DAY

I’m Stacey and this is what I do everyday:

7:15 a.m.: Mum wakes me up. I brush my teeth, take a bath and get dressed for school. For breakfast, I have a glass of cold orange juice and a sandwich. After breakfast I run for my bus.

9:00 a.m.: At school, we have assembly. Lessons start at 8:30. There are 20 children in my class. Our first lesson is English. The next one is social studies. My teacher gives us long dictations. We have to write very fast to keep up.

11:20 a.m.: We have a 20 minute recess, and a late breakfast. I have chole bhatura, which is deep-fried bread with tomato sauce. Then it’s time for art and then my favorite class, pottery.

13:30 p.m.: It’s time for another break. After the break, I have science class. Then we have lunch and one more lesson.

3:30 p.m.: Time to go home, I change my clothes and take a shower. Then I usually take a nap.

6:30 p.m.: I rush to the park to play games with my friends for an hour. Then I come back home and watch TV. I help my mother and sister for dinner. For dinner, we have chicken or roasted beef with cheese, rice, peas, and bread. I do my homework afterwards.
