Stone Age Life
The Stone Age was a time thousands of years ago. Early humans lived in caves and jungles. Life was simple, and there were only two important things to do – to protect themselves from the wild animals and to find food.
In the early years of the Stone Age, humans used stones and wood for cutting things. Later, they used a small sharp stone called flint to cut things quickly. The humans became smarter and then they could make different tools.
The Stone Age people just ate animals and plants. Stone Age people could talk to each other with symbols. They wrote all their ideas in symbols. They were wonderful artists. They painted animals like horse and mammoths on the inside of their caves. Later they moved from caves into small huts and had dogs as pets!
