Story Of A Football Player That Lost

Jaime plays in her school’s American football team. Last year they lost in the final match,
and it was because Jaime made a huge mistake. She was the captain of her team,
and that made her feel more embarrassed.

After the game, she checked her mobile phone,
and the students at school were writing mean messages to her on Twitter.
When she looked at her team-mates, she started crying.

While she was crying and they were talking to her to make her feel better, Coach O’Brian walked in.
He asked everyone to leave the room and sat with Jaime. Coach O’Brian told her that losing was part of every game,
and that people’s opinions didn’t matter a lot.

While he was talking to her, Jaime started to feel that it wasn’t the end of the world.
She felt that she could prove to herself and everyone else that she was still the best player in her school’s team.
