STRONG BODY
I have a strong body. I always eat healthy food and do exercise every day. For breakfast, I drink milk and eat an egg with some cheese. Breakfast is important because you start the day with a strong meal. My school is not far from my house. I walk to school. Sometimes I ride my bike, too. This is a photo of me riding my bike. I am wearing a yellow helmet on my head. Riding my bike is a nice and fun exercise for me. It makes my legs and body strong.
